1. Overview
At Goy Task Force, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
2. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- No stains, odors, or damage
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Stickers
- Accessories
- Discounted or sale items
- Limited drops / exclusive releases
- Custom or made-to-order items
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order
7. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos and your order number
- We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
Please double-check all information before checkout.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered, Goy Task Force is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
