1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
- During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- High-demand periods
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Goy Task Force is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
7. Incorrect Address
If you enter an incorrect shipping address:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- Orders cannot be changed after being placed
Please double-check your address before checkout.
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos and your order number
We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
